About Empowering Change
Empowering Change was founded in 2014 by BreLynn Daniels (founder and owner) with the vision of helping people be the best they could be regardless of age, physical ability or life circumstances. The proof is in the name, Empowering Change, which aims to empower individuals and provide them with the tools and assistance needed to change he things in their life they may not be happy with or feel as though they have no control over.
While the company provides individuals with health care and cognitive issues the assistance to remain independent and at home, the service also helps to enrich the community by keeping its people home where they belong. Families are stronger and happier knowing that they are able to keep their loved ones at home instead of in an institutionalized setting.
Empowering Change has plans for the future!!!! The goal in the upcoming years is to continue to grow in home health, but to also expand our services to reach individuals of all ages in providing mentoring services, mental health services and life skills services to the youth as well as men and women in poverty stricken areas.
