Empowering change is based and operated on the premise that individuals are meant to live their lives to the fullest and as independently as possible. Our goal is to provide individuals with health and cognitive issues the tools and assistance needed to complete daily task of living so that they may experience the freedom of living at home longer.
Individuals such as the elderly, developmentally delayed and disabled make up a large part of our communities. It is our duty to provide them with optimal care and compassion. Our services not only provides them the opportunity to live independently in their homes, it gives them a sense or pride, dignity and power in being able to participate and plan their lives and activities.
